Sarah and Geraldine are the founding co-directors of Remarkable Thinking. They now bring their wealth of experience and talent to coaching people in how to develop a mental toughness to help them cope better with life’s trials, and become stronger.


Sarah

Sarah is an independent business adviser with over 15 years experience in the corporate sector. In all of her roles Sarah has focused on the people in the process, using a wide range of communication styles and methods to support people who are going through the emotional impact of major change within their work, including the potential loss of their jobs.

Sarah is also a carer for her son who has additional needs and chose to train as a reflexologist and masseuse to help her son cope with the day to day challenges he faces with concentration and managing his responses to others.

Sarah was recognised for her work with Pure Innovations sister charity, Insight which supports care leavers, where she was awarded Community Ambassador 2013.

Sarah prides herself on working collaboratively with others and encouraging people to identify and draw on their own strengths to deal effectively with life's challenges, harnessing their power to think differently about their future.


Geraldine


Geraldine has written books schools and for parents, the latest being “Second Chance Day” which coaches people in emotional resilience and mental wellbeing. She gives keynote speeches on various subjects such as starting a small company, becoming an author, and what keeps her motivated.

Geraldine is a parent of a child with disabilities, and has written a book for parents of children with SEN and disabilities, which can be downloaded for free here.

Geraldine has been a trainer for 15 years, founding the educational training company Inclusive Choice Consultancy, and has designed and run many courses throughout the United Kingdom. Geraldine holds a BA in Learning Disability Studies from the Victoria University of Manchester where she is a frequent guest lecturer within the education department.
