Why we do what we do

Do you ever think about how you can best support yourself with life’s challenges? Do you ever wonder how you can best support your family, the families you might work with, and young people? What about communities at large?

So do we.

Some people, by nature, are less upset by changes and surprises. They understand what they’re feeling and why, and so they are thought of as having good “emotional resilience”.  Other people have a harder time with stress and life changes.

We want you to help yourself, and those you might work with, develop a “Mental Toughness”. Mental toughness is a collection of attributes that allow a person to persevere through challenging circumstances, such as work/home life, education or relationships.
