The Equality Act for Sure Start staff

Training > Sure Start

This 1 day course trains Sure Start centre staff in their duties under the Equality Act (EA) to disabled children in their care. It is suitable for all centre staff, from heads of centres to occasional staff.

Many case studies throughout the course show examples of situations that could occur in your centre, and how you should handle these within the EA. Videos show examples of good practice in including disabled children in nurseries.
