"The Disability Equality Duty"

This course trains heads, teachers, and SENCOs in the requirements of the Disability Equality Duty (DED), preparing the school's Disability Equality Scheme, and the day-to-day successful running of the scheme.

The extensive handbook provided with the course offers many great ideas that you can implement in your school, guidance on involving disabled people, example disclosure letters, example questionnaires, tips on writing a questionnaire, guidance on data protection, and many other resources to help you produce your DES.
