Inclusive Choice's director is Geraldine Hills. Geraldine has been working with disabled people for many years in various capacities.

She has qualifications in teaching adults, and holds a BA in Learning Disability Studies from the Victoria University of Manchester. She is a guest lecturer within the education department at Manchester University, and has carried out post-graduate research projects at the university.

She runs many courses with Manchester City Council through Traded Services.

Geraldine has experience of teaching IT to adults with learning difficulties, and was senior IT tutor at community centres in Salford. She has also taught disabled children at various schools in Manchester.

Geraldine is a governor of a special school in Manchester. This school, which Ofsted classed as "outstanding" in their latest report, makes provision for students with physical disabilities. A significant proportion of students have additional complex speech and language, medical and behavioural difficulties. It is a pioneer in the implementation of a Barrier Free Partnership with various mainstream schools around Manchester.

Geraldine has experience of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST) process, as a parent who successfully won a landmark tribunal for her disabled child, and from a period working as a volunteer for the Independent Parental Special Educational Advice (IPSEA), who advise and help parents through this process.
