The Equality Act for Employers

This course trains company staff in the Equality Act (EA) and what it means for your organisation. Researching all your legal requirements is hard - this course makes it easy for you. We will unpick the issues with you and explain in simple terms exactly what you need to do to comply with the EA. Each attendee will receive a course hand book which can be referred to after the course and use as an ongoing training tool. There is also a supportive website and email support.
